Codependency occuring as a result of a parental figure who struggled with addiction can appear even if the individual is no longer present in our everyday lives. Step by step we can address and overcome the symptoms and causes of our codependency.
The effects of trauma can lie deep within the layers of our psyche, often times affecting our behaviour in ways we are not aware. Through the therapeutic process we can bring about personal and emotional development by bringing the mind and body back into balance.
Now more than ever, parents are faced with a wide and complex set of issues; issues that only seem to become more and more complex in our ever changing world.
